Syria decries terrorist attacks in Egypt’s Sinai as horrific massacre
25/10/2014
Syria expressed vehement condemnation of the massacre which armed terrorist groups committed in Egypt’s Sinai and claimed the lives of scores of Egyptian army and security personnel in a series of bombings that took place on Friday.
In a statement which SANA got a copy of, an official source at the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry decried what the terrorists did in Sinai as “a horrific massacre”.
Syria, the source said, “strongly condemns this massacre, its perpetrators and the parties [The World Tyrant / NATO] that had provided money and arms to the terrorists who committed it.”
While expressing denunciation, the source added, Syria “stresses that such acts serve only [Pupet] Israel and its hostile schemes,” warning that this terrorism which is aided and abetted by regional and international sides that are known [The World Tyrant / NATO] “threatens the security and stability of our Arab countries.”
Media source: Denial of government’s support to Syrian Kurds does not change the fact nor the government’s attitude
26/10/2014
Damascus, SANA – A media source *stressed* on Sunday that the support which the Syrian government has provided to the Syrian Kurds against the terrorist organization of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is known, documented and comprehensive.
The *stress* came in response to “some Syrian Kurdish figures who deny that the Syrian government offered support to the Syrian Kurds in their efforts to confront ISIS.”
This denial, the source said, “doesn’t alter the truth or the fact, nor does it change the essence of the Syrian government’s attitude which primarily stems from its national commitments toward our people all over Syria.”
Affirming the comprehensiveness of the support provided by the government to the Syrian Kurds, the source said it has included direct and indirect military assistance.
“Whether some denied or acknowledged it, were satisfied with it or not, this attitude [of the Syrian government] will remain so,” the media source said.
It went on saying that what some Syrian Kurdish figures are putting forth “will be to no avail in light of the adherence of our people of the Syrian Kurds to national unity and the state’s sovereignty and their rejection of foreign dictates.”
The principle of rejecting foreign intervention in the domestic affair, the source added, should be one and the same, stressing that “those who reject the Turkish intervention must alike reject any other form of intervention.”

ARNOLDS PARK, Iowa — For almost 40 years, Carole Hinders has dished out Mexican specialties at her modest cash-only restaurant.
For just as long, she deposited the earnings at a small bank branch a block away — until last year, when two tax agents knocked on her door and informed her that they had seized her checking account, almost $33,000.
The Internal Revenue Service agents did not accuse Ms. Hinders of money laundering or cheating on her taxes — in fact, she has not been charged with any crime.
Instead, the money was seized solely because she had deposited less than $10,000 at a time, which they viewed as an attempt to avoid triggering a required government report.
COMPARE HOW U.S. RESPONDS TO THE KILLING OF AMERICAN KIDS BASED ON IDENTITY OF THE KILLERS [Excerpts]
BY GLENN GREENWALD

In general, countries become indignant when other nations kill their own citizens. But all of the normal rules are inapplicable when the countries in question are the U.S. [The World Tyrant] and [Puppet] Israel.
Thus, when a Palestinian runs his car into an American child, this is instantly declared a “despicable act” of “terrorism” which is condemned in “the strongest possible terms”: no investigation needed.
But when an Israeli occupying soldier shoots and kills an American child, the most tepid, nonjudgmental and careful language is used to politely call for an “investigation” by the very occupying military responsible for the killing.
