Vladimir Putin held a briefing session with permanent members of the Security Council.
The agenda included such issues as
the Islamic State,
the Ebola virus,
Ukraine and
the USA [The World Tyrant].
Also, the permanent members of the Security Council congratulated Vladimir Putin on his birthday.

After his working meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council Vladimir Putin met with Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu.
The Defence Minister reported to the Commander-in-Chief of the end of the summer training session at testing ranges of the Southern Military District.
Upon hearing the report, the President instructed the Defence Ministry to start moving the troops to their permanent location.
Overall, this refers to 17.6 thousand servicemen who took part in training at the testing ranges in Rostov Region.

Telephone conversation with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan

Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the initiative of the Turkish side.
The discussion covered bilateral issues in view of the fifth High-Level Russian-Turkish Cooperation Council summit, to be held at the end of the year in Turkey. The two presidents spoke out for the further development of trade and economic ties between Russia and Turkey, including in agriculture and high technologies.
The discussion of international affairs focused on the threat posed by the Islamic State terrorist group.
