DPRK's Tradition of Victory over U.S. 

Decades-long history of DPRK-U.S. standoff clearly proves that the victory is a proud tradition of the DPRK and the disgraceful setback is a tradition of the U.S. 

These law-governed differing traditions will last in the days ahead. 

Neither false propaganda nor frantic campaign of pressure can alter these traditions. 

These traditions originate from the Korean War in the 1950s. 

The ruling quarters of the U.S. termed the Korean War "forgotten one". They did so not because the war was short in its period and small in its scale but because they felt very shameful for the U.S. miserable defeat when looking back on the war. 

Since the ceasefire the DPRK has always emerged victorious in the standoff with the U.S. and the U.S. has always sustained successive defeats. 

Many U.S. administrations have been replaced by new ones from Truman's to Obama's.  However, the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK has remained unchanged. 

In order to cope with the ever-escalating U.S. nuclear threats, the DPRK was compelled to conduct three nuclear tests.  It thus proudly ranked itself among nuclear weapons states.  It also emerged a satellite manufacturer and launcher. 

The hostile policy toward the DPRK pursued by the U.S. depending on nuclear weapons went totally bust due to its [the Democratic People’s  Republic’s] access to nukes. 

The U.S. goes mad to ignite a new war through a nuclear campaign in collusion with south Korean puppet forces.  But it will bring it nothing but a final ruin. 

The world will clearly witness a miserable end of the U.S. in the future.

Preemptive Attack, Our Choice Now

For all our warnings and world public denunciation the U.S. and its south Korean puppets set about a joint military exercise Ulji Freedom Guardian.  The general staff of the KPA solemnly declared the readiness to mount a powerful preemptive attack any time of its choice since the U.S.and its puppets in south Korea proclaimed war on our Republic by their application of the so-called "tailored deterrence strategy" to a veritable war.  The most positive way of countering nuclear preemptive attack would be hitting the enemy beforehand and mercilessly.  Ours are heroic army and people, they have recorded victories in two revolutionary wars and in wars of fierce confrontation, wars without gun roars.  In those wars they were led by their great Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.  Now, the KPA has grown into a strong revolutionary army equipped with both offensive and defensive means.  Nuclear weapon is not a U.S. monopoly.  We have nukes and powerful rockets.  It's not an empty word that we are going to launch a preemptive attack on our enemy any time if need be because the enemies are gone crazy now, and we know they won't come back to their senses again till they kiss the dust finally.  They have been bringing nuclear mushrooms on to this land. Without sweeping them away, peace cannot settle down on this land and people cannot avoid the nuclear holocaust.  Nuclear war-maniacs will surely perish in war flames.  The U.S. and south Korean rulers must bear it in mind: We say what we mean.  They had better look straight into the reality and act prudently.
