POLICE, PROTESTERS COLLIDE AGAIN IN FERGUSON 

Capt. Ron Johnson of the Missouri Highway Patrol, who is in charge of security in Ferguson, said bottles and Molotov cocktails were thrown from the crowd and that some [police] officers had come under *heavy gunfire*. 

A photographer for Getty Images was arrested while covering the demonstrations and later released. 

Two German reporters were arrested and detained for three hours.  Conservative German daily Die Welt said correspondent Ansgar Graw and reporter Frank Herrmann, who writes for German regional papers, were arrested after allegedly failing to follow police instructions to vacate an empty street. They said they followed police orders.

OBAMA TO HOST UN SUMMIT ON FOREIGN FIGHTERS THREAT [Excerpts] 

[World Tyrant] President Barack Obama will host a summit [?] meeting of the U.N. Security Council next month to focus on the threat posed by [all !] foreign terrorist fighters *like* [ ?] the ones *now* taking part in combat in Iraq and Syria, the U.S. [World Tyrant] administration announced Monday. 

The United States [The World Tyrant] holds the Security Council presidency in September and the Obama administration said the president is inviting leaders of the 14 other council nations to attend the summit during the week of Sept. 22 when they gather for the annual ministerial meeting of the *General Assembly*. 

The Obama administration [The World Tyrant] wants the resolution that the U.S. [The World Tyrant] is drafting and will be discussing with council members [especially with the UK] *before* next month's high-level council meeting to focus on 

the broader issue 

of foreigners recruited to fight for terrorist groups anywhere in the world, the U.S. [World Tyrant] official said.
