Supreme Leader Meets with Students

Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, met Wednesday evening with a number of students. 

Speaking at the meeting, His Eminence stated that the Zionist regime [Puppet Israel] should be annihilated so that the people of Palestine can be liberated from its crimes, 

further *re*iterating: "Annihilating the Zionist regime does *not* mean massacring the Jewish people in the region. 

The logical statement that our Magnanimous Imam [Ruhollah Khomei]. . .made —-that Israel should be annihilated—- is based on a human principle. 

We presented to the world the practical solution for this and no one could criticize it in a reasonable way. 

We said that a poll and a referendum should be conducted so that the people who live in, come from and belong to this region determine who should rule over it.  We said that the people should resolve this issue."

The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution referred to America's [The World Tyrant’s] role in the massacre of the people of Gaza, stressing: 

"We should preserve this as an important experience for ourselves and we should know America [The World Tyrant].  This is liberal democracy. 

This will and should influence our actions, our judgment and our behavior. 

This is the camp --that is to say, the government of the United States of America [The World Tyrant] and its followers-— that has stood up against the Islamic Republic [of Iran] today and that has challenged the Islamic Republic in different events.

The truth about them is this: not only do they *not* show any sensitivity about the massacre of human beings and defenseless people but they *also* defend and support oppressors and perpetrators of appalling and great crimes —-such as what is happening in Gaza today."

[NATO] Poland 'helped in CIA rendition', European Court rules [Excerpts] 

Poland broke the European human rights convention in helping the [The World Tyrant’s] CIA to render two terror suspects, the European Court of Human Rights has ruled.

The judges said Poland had co-operated with the secret illegal transfers in 2002-2003, allowing two suspects to be interrogated on its territory. 

It is the first such case concerning a CIA "black site" prison in Poland.  Abu Zubaydah, a Palestinian, was arrested in Pakistan and Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, a Saudi, 

in Dubai.

[Poodle] UK pays £2.2m to settle Libyan rendition claim [Excerpts] 

Sami al-Saadi and his family were forcibly transferred to Colonel Muammar Gaddafi's Libya in 2004. 

Their lawyers say the pay-out ends the family's legal action against the UK, in which they were arguing MI6 was instrumental in their kidnap. 

The UK still faces a further allegation of rendition from another Libyan. 

This is not the first settlement by the [Poodle UK] government in which the security and intelligence agencies have faced allegations relating to their alleged involvement in the treatment of detainees by foreign regimes.
