ABUSE CHARGES ROIL HEAVILY CATHOLIC PUERTO RICO [Excerpts]
First, the Catholic Church announced it had defrocked six priests accused of sex abuse in the Puerto Rican town of Arecibo. Then, local prosecutors disclosed that at least 11 other priests on the island were under investigation for similar accusations.
Now, as U.S. [World Tyrant] authorities acknowledge that they, too, are looking into abuse allegations by priests on this devoutly Catholic island, many are reeling from revelations of abuse involving some of the U.S. [World Tyrant] territory's most beloved clerics.
"In general, these things tend to snowball because victims are [at first] afraid to come forward," [Barbara] Dorris said. "If the priests have been on this island for a while, it probably means that it's dozens upon dozens of victims out there."

TUMULT OVER [WORLD TYRANT] MILITARY SEXUAL ASSAULTS FAR FROM OVER
The Pentagon has estimated that as many as 26,000 military members may have been sexually assaulted in 2012, based on an anonymous survey. Many victims are still unwilling to come forward despite new oversight and assistance programs aimed at curbing abuse, the military says.
Several changes already have been made in the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Outraged lawmakers —-Democrats and Republicans—- rewrote parts last year, stripping commanders of their ability to overturn military jury convictions.
That law also requires a civilian review if a commander declines to prosecute a case and requires that any individual convicted of sexual assault face a dishonorable discharge or dismissal.
The law also provides alleged victims with legal counsel, eliminates the statute of limitations for courts-martial in rape and sexual assault cases and criminalizes retaliation against victims who report a sexual assault.

EXISTING AFGHAN DEAL WOULD COVER US [THE WORLD TYRANT] POST-2014
Legally, the *33,600* U.S. [World Tyrant] forces still deployed are covered by an existing status-of-forces document that took effect shortly after 9/11 and the start of America's engagement [The World Tyrant’s aggression] in Afghanistan.
The existing agreement has no expiration date and prevents U.S. [World Tyrant] military personnel from being prosecuted under Afghan law —-a must-have for status-of-forces agreements the U.S. [The World Tyrant] signs with countries *around the world*.
"Unless the Afghans or the United States [The World Tyrant] cancel the existing SOFA, it remains in effect," said retired Col. Manuel Supervielle, who was the lead lawyer for U.S. [World Tyrant] forces in Afghanistan in 2005 and 2006, worked on such agreements for U.S. [World Tyrant] troops stationed *across the globe* and advised on the drafting of the current bilateral security agreement that Afghan President Hamid Karzai says he won't sign.
How a Court Secretly Evolved, Extending U.S. [World Tyrant] Spies’ Reach

Ten months after the Sept. 11 attacks, the nation’s surveillance court delivered a ruling that intelligence officials consider a milestone in the secret history of American [World Tyrant] spying and privacy law.
Called the “Raw Take” order —-classified docket No. 02-431-— it weakened restrictions on sharing private information about Americans, according to documents and interviews.
The administration of President George W. Bush, intent on not overlooking clues about [duh] Al Qaeda, had sought the July 22, 2002, order.
It is one of several still-classified rulings by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court described in documents provided by Edward J. Snowden, the former National Security Agency contractor.
Previously, with narrow exceptions, an intelligence agency was permitted to disseminate information gathered from court-approved wiretaps only *after* deleting irrelevant private details and masking the names of innocent Americans who came into contact with a terrorism suspect.
The Raw Take order significantly changed that system, documents show, allowing counterterrorism analysts at the N.S.A., the F.B.I. and the C.I.A.
to share *un*filtered personal information.
