President of Chechnya: U.S. and Israeli intelligence agencies luring Checehn youths to join terrorists in Syria

Moscow, SANA – President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov on Sunday evening met Grand Mufti of Syria Ahmad Badreddin Hassoun in the Chechen capital Grozny.
During the meeting, Kadyrov said that U.S. [World Tyrant] and {Puppet] Israeli intelligence agencies are luring Checehn youths to join terrorist organizations in Syria and take part in shedding Syrian blood, asserting that he’s keeping up with what is happening in Syria and the crimes committed by terrorists in it.
He asserted his support for Syria, noting that his government is working to raise awareness among the Chechen people of the fact that the war on Syria is waged by the enemies of Islam, affirming that Chechnya will not allow Chechens who join terrorist organizations in Syria to return to the country.
“You are not Chechens or Muslims,” Kadyrov addressed these individuals, saying that they will all be eliminated because they went to Syria to murder Syrians, and that they will never be allowed to return to Chechnya.
He also lauded the performance of the Syrian leadership under President Bashar al-Assad.
For his part, Hassoun praised Kadyrov’s position on combating terrorism in Syria, noting that *many of the Chechens who joined terrorist organizations in Syria didn’t come from Chechnya; rather they were living in Europe, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar,* but the west is singling out Chechnya and trying to defame the Chechen people when addressing this issue.
Hassoun said that a number of Saudi and Egyptian “religious figures” are recruiting Chechen youths to join terrorist organizations, while the Saudis and Qataris employed their media and sent weapons that were used to murder Syrians.
Syria’s Ambassador in Moscow Riyad Haddad, who attended the meeting, said that Syria is committed to remaining in touch with the Chechen people and helping the government in Chechnya in combating terrorism.
Hassoun also delivered a lecture at the Islamic Affairs and Fatwa Department in Grozny, in which he said that the west is exploiting extremist religious groups to do its dirty work.
[Mikhail] Bogdanov, PFLP-GC discuss dangers of terrorists displacing Palestinians from camps in Syria

Damascus, SANA – The systematic terrorism overrunning the region and
the repercussions of the situation in Syria on the Palestinian issue
topped the discussions between Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister and Special Representative to Africa and the Middle East Mikhail Bogdanov and a delegation from Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command (PFLP-GC).
The meeting held in Moscow on Sunday tackled
the intricacies of the Palestinian file and how they relate with the Arab countries around it – Syria in particular- in addition to
the situation of the Palestinian refugees and the danger posed by terrorists’ attempts to displace them from their camps, according to a PFLP-GC statement.
The delegation explained their perspective regarding the coercive displacement of the Palestinians from their camps in Syria by the armed terrorist groups.
The delegation stressed that Syria has been exposed to a U.S.-western-Zionist conspiracy, which is backed by some regimes in the region with the aim of liquidating the Palestinian issue since *Syria is +the main supporter of the cause*.
The meeting also touched upon the constant [Puppet] Israeli attempts of Judaizing the West Bank, particularly the occupied Jerusalem, where the Palestinians are suffering from a blockade and their sanctities are being desecrated.
Bogdanov underlined his country’s constant and principled support to the Palestinian issue, expressing appreciation of the efforts concerted by the PFLP-GC for achieving national unity.
He expressed Moscow’s readiness to receive all the Palestinian factions and adopt any dialogues among them.

In his executive order, the President appointed Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov special presidential representative for the Middle East and Africa.
The same executive order releases Mikhail Margelov from the post of special presidential representative for cooperation with African countries.

Disarmament Is Prerequisite to Ensuring Global Peace and Security
Mankind can never take the road of its development in the peaceful world unless disarmament is realized.
The Korean Peninsula and the rest of Northeast Asia are fraught with the greatest danger of a war and the issue of ensuring peace in Northeast Asia which assumes a complicated and special nature due to intervention by big powers and the UN is directly linked with the issue of ensuring global peace and security.
It is none other than the U.S. [The World Tyrant] which is working hard to ignite a new war by escalating the tension on the peninsula and disturbing peace. U.S. nuclear weapons and WMDs are massively stockpiled and its huge forces are present in this region.
This is threatening peace and security not only in the Asia-Pacific but the world.
The withdrawal of the U.S. forces from south Korea is a prerequisite to the disarmament on the peninsula. The U.S. forces in south Korea are the root cause of an arms race and the danger of a war in the peninsula as they are aimed to invade the DPRK to all intents and purposes.
Nuclear disarmament should aim to totally eliminate nuclear weapons worldwide and, for the present, there should be an international legal document with binding force calling for a total ban on the use of nuclear weapons and providing an unconditional guarantee for non-use of nuclear weapons against non-nuclear weapons states.
The U.S., which was the first to use nuclear weapons in the world and is the biggest possessor of nuclear weapons in the world, should take the lead in effecting nuclear disarmament.
The DPRK will positively join in the regional and global activities for disarmament and the world peace-loving people's struggle being under way as *a major link in the chain [of] efforts to shatter the imperialists' aggression and war moves.
