Al-Moallem : Continued regional and int’l interference in Syria hinders political solution, increases terrorism

Sochi, SANA – Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and Expatriates Minister Walid al-Moallem, said that the continued regional and international interference in Syrian affairs
hinders the political solution and
increases the violence of terrorism exercised on the Syrians.
In an interview with Russian RT Channel on Friday, al-Moallem added that Syria believes in and adheres to an inter-Syrian political solution away from any foreign meddling but the problem lies in the conspiracy of Syria’s neighbors, particularly Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan and others from outside the region.
”Russia found that the formula of an inter-Syrian dialogue could be more useful than what took place in Geneva, and accordingly, new ideas have emerged after talks held with factions from the opposition where the idea of convening an inter-Syrian dialogue meeting in Moscow comes to light,” the Minister said.
He added that it is hard to talk about a timetable for the solution as long as terrorism is striking Syria and the foreign intervention represented by [the] Washington alliance is continued as well as the influx of terrorists into the country.
Al-Moallem clarified that a schedule could be set for the topics that ought to be discussed during the dialogue, on top of which [is] counterterrorism.
On the possibility of holding a dialogue and reaching an agreement without the consent or the participation of regional and international powers, al-Moallem said that this inter-Syrian agreement will divulge two things:
who are the Syrians that have links with foreign sides and committed to their directives for money and
which of the foreign sides still insist on intervening in Syria’s affairs.
Minister al-Moallem underlined that Syria has agreed on De Mistura’s initiative, stemming from the keenness of the government and leadership on sparing the blood of Syrians despite the military situation in Aleppo where the Syrian Arab Army is superior.
He emphasized that only the central administration [the Syrian Arab Republic] is ruling any city.” Thus any administration they [the traitors] talk about is unacceptable. . . . We are talking about the Syrian government’s administration through its civil institutions,” he said.
On the vagueness of the alliance in countering terrorism and on its ambiguous intentions, al-Moallem said that we always suspect the U.S. [World Tyrant] intentions because if it were really sincere in countering terrorism
it would have resorted to the Security Council to authorize it and
it would not have excluded key states in the region such as Syria, which is combating the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria ISIS on the ground, Iran or Russia.
The Minister said that those who think that the air strikes will eliminate ISIS are mistaken for one simple reason: Turkey, the U.S. [World Tyrant] ally, does not abide by implementing the UNSC resolutions on counterterrorism, considering that training terrorists in Turkey is a recipe for prolonging the crisis and bloodshed in Syria.
He referred to the Israeli ambitions of establishing a buffer zone in Quneitra and Daraa at the hands of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists backed by the influx of terrorists from borders with Jordan.
On the impacts of an agreement between Iran and the west on the nuclear file on the crisis in Syria, al-Moallem pointed out that Iran is Syria’s ally and it realizes its benefit.
It has a political decision to reach an agreement with P5+1 group and such an agreement will undoubtedly be reflected positively on the situation in Syria because it serves the friendly people of Iran.

Occupied Jerusalem, SANA – International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People is annually observed on November 29.
The peculiarity of this day is stemmed from the fact that on November 29, 1947, the UN General Assembly adopted an unjust resolution 181 on the partition of Palestine which provides for the establishment of a “Jewish State” and an “Arab State”, with Jerusalem as “a corpus separatum under a special international regime.”
With all the injustice and bias against the Palestinians implied in the resolution -having their homeland getting usurped by the Israeli enemy-
only the [Puppet] Zionist Israeli entity came into existence with full western and international collusion.
Dozens of resolutions stressing the right of Palestinian people to self-determination and the establishment of their independent state on their territories have been adopted, yet these resolutions have remained mere ink on paper because of the US [The World Tyrant] and western [NATO] stances in support of the [Puppet] Zionist occupation entity.
This year, the commemoration of Solidarity Day coincides with the [Puppet] Zionist occupation’s continuous efforts to consolidate its racism, recently manifested in a new bill approved by the occupation government last week which provides for bringing together all Jews from all over the world in Palestine and granting them citizenship.
The Israeli bill ignores the Palestinian refugees’ right to return home, which has been confirmed by the UN Security Council resolution no. 194 for 1948.
Added to that are the vast expansion of Israeli settlements, the confiscation of Palestinians’ territories and the escalation of crimes and transgressions committed against people and properties in the Occupied Jerusalem and other cities in the West Bank.
Moreover, the international community’s [[The World Tyrant / NATO's] suspicious silence and unlimited support to the [Puppet] Zionist entity make things worse.
Against all odds, the Palestinian people are determined to spare no effort in resisting the Israeli occupation. Besides their armed struggle and the continuous popular uprisings, new forms of popular resistance emerge today with the aim to achieve the Palestinians’ goal of liberating their land and establishing their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.

Spokesman for DPRK Foreign Ministry on Protest in U.S. against Racial Discrimination
The spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea gave the following answer to a question put by KCNA on Friday as regards the ever-mounting protests against racial discrimination in the U.S. [The World Tyrant]:
After the Missouri State judicial authorities of the U.S. on Nov. 24 decided not to indict a white policeman who shot a black young man to death three months ago, protests against racism took place once again, rapidly spilling over into at least 170 cities across the U.S., including New York and Los Angeles.
This is a clear proof of the real picture of the U.S. [The World Tyrant] as [a] tundra of human rights where extreme racial discrimination acts are openly practiced.

As regards the incident, U.S. President Obama let loose a spate of irresponsible remarks that the U.S. is a country built by law and it is necessary to accept the decision of the judicial authorities
only to spark off bitterer resentment among the protesters.
Whenever an opportunity presents itself, the U.S. authorities bluster that the human rights of all people are guaranteed in the U.S. in a legal and institutional manner and only individual cases contrary to them occur sometimes.
But such individual human rights abuses are taking place one after another and have reached *a systematic and wide-ranging* and extremely grave phase.
The occurrence of nationwide protests at present goes to prove that the U.S. human rights regime is beset with serious problems.
The U.S. president in his public appearance tried hard to justify the clear *racial discrimination by law*, an indication that the U.S. human rights standard is wrong.
Such human rights standard of the U.S. is censured by the whole of the international community including its allies.
Great irony is that the U.S. [The World Tyrant] tries to measure other countries with its wrong human rights standard though *it* is a typical human rights abuser.
The DPRK will preserve *only its own* standard from A to Z under any circumstances to further protect and promote the human rights of its people.
