that [drying up resources] and

the will of the Syrian people

would determine their future and destiny, adding  the Syrian people have elected their president and leadership, so  all should respect this.

Talks during the meeting dealt with the priority of combating terrorism,

particularly the terrorism of the so-called Islamic State in Iraq and Sham and

Jabhat al-Nusra in addition to

all terrorist organizations,

drying [up] its [terrorism’s] resources and pressing the countries supporting it [primarily The World Tyrant] to stop the financing, arming and training [of] terrorists and implementing the items of Security council resolution No. 2170.

Discussions also concentrated on encouraging local reconciliations and providing  suitable atmospheres for them as well as pushing dialogue among the Syrians forwards to end the crisis and restore security and stability to the country.

De Mistura, for his part, said that during the current period he has desire and will, on behalf of the UN, to do anything that could end the suffering in Syria through combating terrorism and encouraging reconciliations, therefore, the way would be paved for a political solution because it is the safest way to solve this crisis.

Staffan De Mistura arrived in Damascus Tuesday in his first visit to the country since he was appointed by the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon following the resignation of former UN envoy Lakhdar Brahimi.

President Bashar al-Assad expressed to UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura the Syrian government’s readiness to continue work with him and provide the necessary support and cooperation to make his mission a success

in a way that serves the interest of the Syrian people and

to reach a solution that ensures the *elimination* of terrorism and the various terrorist organizations regardless of their names.

During a meeting with the international envoy and the delegation accompanying him on Thursday, the President stressed that the success of de Mistura’s mission would be a success for Syria and its people.

President al-Assad said that what Syria and the region are currently witnessing has made combating terrorism a priority because it has become *the greatest danger that is threatening everybody*.

He added that any progress that could be achieved in combating terrorism would contribute to boosting the national reconciliations which have so far succeeded in many areas across the country, forming a springboard towards a comprehensive inter-Syrian dialogue.

A positive atmosphere prevailed in the meeting, especially in terms of discussing the recently-issued international resolution no. 2170 on combating terrorism, as the views of both sides were concurrent

American [World Tyrant] invaders arrived at Badal valley of Narang district, Kunar province, early this morning to carry out an operation against Mujahideen.

Mujahideen immediately engaged the enemy upon arrival and inflicted on them heavy losses.

The cowardly enemy began indiscriminate bombing of the homes of civilians in the area *in accordance to their routine* and in retaliation for their losses, shooting at anyone and everything that moved around.

According to received information, the indiscriminate American [World Tyrant] airstrikes destroyed 4 homes of civilians and martyred 12 in the village and fields.  Locals add that every person that came in the way was shot at and killed and there is high possibility that the fatality toll could increase as exact details arrive.

We strongly condemn this barbaric American [World Tyrant] action and make it clear to them that such deliberate targeting of innocent defenseless civilians

will not make them achieve their ominous goals but

will instead expose your hypocrite and savage faces.

You have no other option but to flee humilitated from this land of the brave.
